GTC

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all bookings made on the lozeviewcourchevel.com website.

1. Purpose

The purpose of these GTC is to define:

• the booking terms and conditions,
• the payment terms and conditions,
• the cancellation policy,
• the obligations of the traveller and the owner.

2. Booking

The booking is confirmed when:

• The customer selects their dates and completes the required information;
• Accepts these GTC;
• Proceeds with payment of the total amount of the booking;
• Receives confirmation by email.

The information provided by the customer must be accurate.

3. Prices

Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes.

The price includes: accommodation and cleaning service.

The following are not included (unless otherwise stated):

• tourist tax,
• additional services (bed linen, towels, mid-stay cleaning, etc.),
• security deposit.

Prices are subject to change at any time, but the rate applicable is that indicated at the time of booking.

4. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer or via a secure payment gateway (such as Stripe).

5. Security deposit

A security deposit of €300 is required.

This may be debited or simply ‘pre-authorised’ via the payment provider.

It will be refunded within 7 days after departure, less any damages.

6. Arrival & Departure

• Arrival: from 4 p.m.

• Departure: before 11 a.m.

Detailed instructions will be sent after confirmation.

Any late arrivals must be reported.

7. Capacity & accommodation rules

The Loze View apartment is rented for a maximum of 4 people. A child under 24 months sleeping in a cot is not counted in the maximum number of people.

The following are prohibited:

• parties, evening gatherings, noise pollution,
• animals,
• smoking in the accommodation,
• subletting.

Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.

8. Cancellation

8.1. Cancellation by the traveller

• Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: full refund
• Between 30 and 15 days: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: non-refundable

8.2. Cancellation by the owner

In the event of a major unforeseen event (force majeure, technical problem, etc.), the owner will refund all sums paid.

No additional compensation may be claimed.

9. Traveller's responsibility

The traveller undertakes to:

• Occupy the premises with due care and attention,
• Respect the neighbourhood,
• Keep the premises clean during the stay,
• Not move the furniture,
• Report any damage.

Any damage may be deducted from the deposit.

10. Force majeure

In the event of an unforeseeable event making the rental impossible (disaster, catastrophe, resort closure, etc.), the stay may be cancelled at no cost.

11. Data processing

The data collected during a booking is processed in accordance with the Website's Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable law

These T&Cs are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, the court of Lyon, France shall have sole jurisdiction.
